The LudwigsTafel e.V. is a recognized and nonprofit association. It is offering food for needy people. Priority area of their work is in Ludwigsburg and Kornwestheim. KEMMLER Electronic GmbH supports this work with donations.
Freundeskreis der Karlshöhe Ludwigsburg e. V. is an independent association with the target to support the Karlshöhe Ludwigsburg in their work to help disadvantaged people.For keeping the offers of Karlshöhe alive, Freundeskreis Karlshöhe is helping with financial power and is searching for new ways of getting money.KEMMLER Electronic GmbH has organized and paid Cinema Evenings in the years 2010 and 2011. People who cannot go to normal cinemas were able to feel the flair of an Cinema Evening. This project will be continued yearly.
Jobbridge – prevocatial promotion of the youth
The jobbridge is a federation of companies, citizen and the city council Freiberg am Neckar working together with the Oscar-Paret-School. With the financial help of the members the school leavers are getting professional training of applications and educational aid. Honorary members are helping to find practical work or a training. They are also attendants for the pupils during their way to find work. KEMMLER Electronic is a member of this and is giving the possibility of industrial placements, so the school leavers can find out their preferred job.
Employees with children have the target to get the family and the job together without any problems. KEMMLER Electronic is knowing this point and is registered in “Success factor family” since October 2010.It was established by the Federal Ministry for family, seniors, women and youth.The idea is to build a family-oriented and social working atmosphere.
KEMMLER Electronic has introduced the following measures:
